There are two versions of the same 25-minute Kriyas. One has narration, the other doesn't. After you get comfortable with the information and the exercises, you can follow Himat and enjoy the beautiful stream-side scenery and beautiful music by Emaney.
The last Kriya is the powerful Kirtan Kriya, which has been scientifically proven through MRI testing to have immediate brain-stimulation effects on areas of the brain that were not active prior to doing the 11-minute Kriya.
